Overview
BlackGentry uses third party service providers, partners, and platforms to support core app functionality, analytics, communications, advertising and measurement, and payment processing. We share personal information only as necessary for these purposes and subject to applicable laws and contractual protections.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. California law defines the terms sale and sharing broadly. Because of this, certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for purposes such as analytics, security, or advertising measurement, including disclosures made in connection with our website through cookies or similar technologies, may be considered a sale or sharing of personal information under California law, even though BlackGentry does not exchange personal information for money and does not engage in traditional data brokerage activities.

Advertising and Measurement
BlackGentry may share limited personal information with advertising, attribution, and measurement partners in order to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, support attribution and analytics, and help prevent fraud and abuse.
Under California law, these disclosures may be considered sharing of personal information, even when no monetary consideration is exchanged and even when data is aggregated or pseudonymized.
Where required, BlackGentry honors applicable consent requirements, including Apple App Tracking Transparency, and consumer opt out rights as described in our Privacy Policy and California disclosures.
Data Protection and Safeguards
We require third party recipients to process personal information only for permitted purposes, maintain appropriate security safeguards, and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws. We do not authorize third parties to use personal information for their own independent purposes unless permitted by law and disclosed to users.
International Transfers
Some data recipients operate globally. When personal information is transferred internationally, we implement appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection laws.
